COACHING | BUILDING VISION
LDI understands that leaders flourish through one-on-one conversations and small group settings, engaging in strategic training that molds them for greater impact. That’s why we create coaching opportunities through our MasterMind program, which includes mentoring leaders in key areas, such as:

LDI’s MasterMind and MasterMind+ programs equip leaders to enhance their organizations for decades to come. MasterMind draws acclaimed speakers, authors, and seasoned mentors to invest in groups of selected pastors for the long term. This seven-month cohort includes four in-person trainings and continuing monthly coaching sessions.
Since 2021, we have hosted six MasterMind cohorts, impacting approximately 150 pastors and congregations, in full-time ministry and will implement MasterMind for Business. Through LDI’s network of leaders, we forecast the number of MasterMind participants multiplying to hundreds in attendance, in cities across the nation.
MasterMind Plus+ takes MasterMind to the next level with 1:1 continual coaching. We partner pastor-coaches with other pastors, Christ-centered business leaders with other business leaders, and godly women leaders with other female leaders. We facilitate strategic relationships, train coaches, develop curriculum, and create environments to thoroughly equip leaders.
Over the next three years, 100 pastors will be involved in MasterMind Plus+.
LEADER | $50,000
The Leader Gift paves the way for 50 pastors to be partnered with seasoned pastoral coaches through MasterMind Plus+, strengthening their personal and professional leadership. The Lead Gift also enables LDI to hire two key staff members to expand the reach of Mastermind at PGA and with LDI Productions.
MENTOR | $30,000
The Mentor Gift enables LDI to develop and disciple leaders through the completion of five MasterMind video modules, serving as a means of mentoring leaders across the nation. This gift also undergirds the entire process of writing, publishing, and distributing Dr. Davis’s book, Changeology, to pastors and leaders as they mentor teams and organizations.
TEACHER | $20,000
The Teaching Gift makes it possible for 1,000 pastors and missionaries to receive vital leadership instruction through the production of our MasterMind book. This gift also enhances others’ leadership through studio filming, editing, and distribution of 10 powerful teaching interviews with key presenters on integral components of leading.
EQUIPPER | $10,000
The Equipper Gift sponsors 10 corporate devotionals that are filmed in the production studio with Dr. Davis and special presenters, developing audiences of all levels of leadership with key components to lead better. This gift also enables 10 pastors through MasterMind Plus+ to pair with pastoral coaches, honing skills, invigorating hearts, and building knowledge.
