THE Timothy Project Fund
Welcome to the Timothy Project Fund
The Timothy Project is a scholarship funded solely by generous, Kingdom-minded individuals who wish to invest in the development of Senior Pastors in a tangible way. Oftentimes, a church’s budget cannot afford to support the growth of its pastor’s leadership skills and knowledge. As a result, pastors lack continued training and development. Should pastors be held back from learning new and innovative ways to lead and reach people simply due to the lack of funding?
The Timothy Project solves this barrier by allocating needed financial resources to develop stronger comprehensive leadership in pastors. We come alongside their existing resources to grant them top-level opportunities for enhancement through our Mastermind PGA Cohorts.
In the same way that Paul did for Timothy, your willingness to contribute will provide encouragement as well as an opportunity for instruction to enable these pastors to grow spiritually, practically, and personally.
As we equip Senior Pastors from across the nation, they will develop their own teams, who will then strategically lead their congregations, ultimately expanding the Kingdom of God in their communities and beyond.
Without growing leaders, we can’t expect growing churches. The Timothy Project is your opportunity to help prepare today’s pastors to be ahead of tomorrow’s curve!
Timothy Project Fund Goal - $60,000
The Mastermind at PGA Cohort is designed to host 20 lead pastors throughout the country. Some of the country’s most faithful and dedicated pastors gather for in-person sessions at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, individualized coaching and monthly Zoom sessions. The pastors that need this funding have been faithful with their time and talents. Jesus taught if you’ve ministered to the least of these, you have ministered to me. This is our opportunity to minister and invest into those who have dedicated their lives to God’s calling. The maximum amount is $2,000, and will be awarded to those who have the following qualities:
Demonstrates years of faithfulness in ministry

Exemplifies proven leadership skills
Exhibits a teachable spirit
Illustrates a deep passion to grow & learn
