There’s strength in numbers. For decades LDIServe has hosted leadership conferences, attended by thousands of leaders from the business and nonprofit world with an online audience of over 400,000. The National Leadership Forum reached over 71 countries and all 50 states, focusing on servant leadership. The Forum hosted some of today’s most accomplished leaders: President George W. Bush, First Lady Laura Bush, Condoleezza Rice, Patrick Lencioni, Dave Ramsey, and Erwin McManus, just to name a few. The World LEADERS Conferences brought together some of the world’s leading voices: Prime Minister Tony Blair, Cokey Roberts, Martin Sheen, Marcus Buckingham, Drew Brees, and Craig Groeschel. The World of Possibilities summit involved 300 distinguished heads of businesses and non-profit organizations, allowing top leaders to share their ideas and learn from each other. Keynote presentations from Jack Nicklaus, Dr. John Kotter, and Lori Greiner inspired hundreds of leaders to dream big and make a difference.
In Whittenburg, Germany, over 600 leaders from over 50 denominations gathered, celebrating the 500th year of the protestant church in November of 2017. Castle Church is where the Ninety-five Theses were posted by Martin Luther in 1517, launching the beginning of the Protestant Reformation. In 2021, the Freedom Student Scholarships initial fundraising dinner held at Mar-a-Lago attracted $150,000 and a visit from President Trump. In 2023, LDI partnered with Catalyst Bible College powered by Vanguard University to bring The Pinnacle Conference to today’s rising leaders. The conference heard transformative insights from top thought-leaders in leadership, such as Shannon Bream, Marcus Buckingham, Jon Acuff, Dr. Sam Chand. Additionally, The Sunshine Center Gala was held to raise awareness and funds for children and adults who are differently abled. The gala saw over 100 in attendance and hosted two-time national champion, Heisman Trophy winner, New York Times best-selling author, speaker, and football analyst Tim Tebow.

The Sunshine Center advocates for the growing number of children and their families with disabilities in our community. Out of the Center’s growing compassion for children with disabilities, a vision was born to provide a nurturing and inviting community to this group of individuals. While many barriers exist that hinder families from making genuine connections in places in our communities, The Sunshine Center has an answer!
