LDI Serve has hosted leadership conferences for decades, reaching thousands in person and more than 400,000 online across 71 countries and all 50 states. Its events have featured influential leaders from business, government, faith, and nonprofit sectors, including President George W. Bush, Tony Blair, Condoleezza Rice, Dave Ramsey, Marcus Buckingham, Drew Brees, Tim Tebow, and many others.
Major gatherings have included the National Leadership Forum, World LEADERS Conferences, World of Possibilities Summit, and The Pinnacle Conference, all focused on servant leadership, innovation, and collaboration. LDIServe has also hosted impactful fundraising and community events, including celebrations in Wittenberg, Germany for the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation, the Freedom Student Scholarships fundraiser at Mar-a-Lago, and The Sunshine Center Gala supporting differently abled children and adults.

World Leaders Conference
With over 5,000 participants, 35 countries, and an online audience of over 100,000 leaders, the World Leaders Conference is a gathering of world class leadership experts sharing their wisdom and inspiration over a spinoff two days. Speakers at the WLC include leaders like: Prime Minister Tony Blair, Cokey Roberts, Martin Sheen, Marcus Buckingham, Drew Brees, and Craig Groeschel as well as a host of others from the government, business, sports, religious, and literary worlds.

Castle Church Wittenberg, Germany Congress
Over 600 leaders from over 50 denominations celebrated the 500th year of the protestant church on November 1, 2017.
Castle Church is where the Ninety-five Theses were posted by Martin Luther in 1517, launching the beginning of the Protestant Reformation.

World of Possibilities
A unique one-day leadership event involving 300 distinguished heads of businesses and non-profit organizations, allowing top leaders an opportunity to share their ideas and experiences, and to learn from each other.
Held in cooperation with Leadership Development International and Kotter International, the event featured three world-class leaders: Sports legend turned philanthropist, Jack Nicklaus; New York Times best-selling author, award-winning business and management thought leader Dr. John Kotter; and American inventor, entrepreneur and television personality (Shark Tank), Lori Greiner, who has been called "one of the most prolific inventors of our time.”
