MasterMind isn’t just a transformative leadership experience—it’s an investment in your future. Through our partnership with Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (AGTS), participants who complete Mastermind will receive up to six hours of equivalency graduate credit toward an AGTS degree, at no additional charge for new students. This unique opportunity allows pastors and leaders to apply their MasterMind training directly toward their theological education, blending world-class leadership development with academic advancement. Pastors who participate in MasterMind often gain greater leadership clarity, practical strategies for church growth, and new tools for strengthening their staff and organizational structure. Many participants experience renewed vision, stronger leadership confidence, and meaningful relationships with other pastors who understand the unique challenges of leading a church.
MasterMind is intentionally designed to be highly relational, practical, and personalized. With a limited cohort of just 20 lead pastors, participants receive direct mentorship, coaching, and peer collaboration in a trusted environment. The program focuses not only on learning but also on solving real ministry challenges and equipping pastors with actionable strategies they can immediately apply.
MasterMind focuses on practical leadership strategies that help pastors strengthen their churches and teams. Topics include growing church attendance and engagement, expanding online ministry, increasing generosity, building and structuring healthy staff teams, developing strong governance and board relationships, and increasing leadership capacity to lead growing organizations.
The MasterMind leadership intensive takes place at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This setting provides an ideal environment for focused learning, collaboration, and relationship building with other pastors in the cohort.
Participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses for the in-person intensive at PGA National Resort. Recommended travel and lodging options can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.

The total cost to participate in MasterMind is $2,795 per pastor, made possible through a $1,100 scholarship provided by LDI. The full program value is $3,895, but the scholarship helps make the experience more accessible to participating pastors.
MasterMind at PGA is an exclusive, invitation-only cohort designed for lead pastors who want to elevate their leadership and accelerate the growth and health of their churches. Limited to just 20 pastors, the program combines a four-day in-person leadership intensive with a seven-month mentoring journey that includes coaching, peer collaboration, and practical strategies for leading thriving ministries.
MasterMind is specifically designed for lead pastors and ministry leaders who are responsible for guiding the vision, strategy, and growth of their churches. It is ideal for pastors who desire to strengthen their leadership capacity, solve complex ministry challenges, and lead their churches into a new season of growth and impact.
MasterMind is an invitation-only cohort. Pastors who are interested in participating can submit an application through the website or request more information by emailing Jeremy.Vencel@LDIServe.com. Our team carefully reviews each inquiry to ensure the cohort is composed of pastors who will benefit most from the experience and contribute meaningfully to the group.
The MasterMind experience begins with a two-day in-person intensive where pastors learn proven leadership frameworks, engage with expert mentors, and collaborate with peers. Participants then continue in a seven-month mentoring journey that includes monthly 90-minute cohort Zoom calls, ongoing coaching support, and personal guidance from experienced leadership mentors.
At the end of the program, the cohort reconvenes for a second two-day in-person intensive featuring additional leadership speakers, opportunities to reflect on progress, and a graduation ceremony celebrating the journey together.
