Leaders flourish through one-on-one conversations and small group settings, so LDI engages pastors and their spouses in strategic training that develops them for greater impact. We create mentorship opportunities through our MasterMind cohorts to elevate the leadership of pastors and key leaders. When a pastor grows, their church grows; when a leader is sharpened, the people they serve and their community are the ones who benefit most.

Generosity has always been at the heart of what we do. LDI has helped train pastors, missionaries, and leaders across the globe, extending the reach of servant leadership development. Here at home, we provide scholarships to pastors who cannot otherwise afford to attend our MasterMind trainings, opening doors for leaders who are ready to grow but need a partner to help them get there.

LDI equips on-the-go leaders with professionally developed resources on our LeadershipYOU platform: 45-minute teaching modules, 10-minute team training videos, weekly leadership blogs, and downloadable study guides. We are also releasing MasterMind: The Book, a comprehensive resource addressing the issues most critical to pastoral leadership. Every resource is accessible, practical, and designed to propel leaders to their next level.

Strong, compassionate communities are built together. In partnership with pastors and local leaders, we help leaders expand their capacity for communities to thrive. We are helping the Sunshine Community Center build a state-of-the-art facility for differently abled individuals and their families, while partnering with Liberty Christian Academy to establish their Center for Autistic Learning-initiatives that will touch thousands of lives. We invest in children and adults to provide specialized care, meaningful education, and the support they need to flourish.

LDI comes alongside organizations at the intersection of vision and execution, helping them not only dream boldly, but build strategically. We have helped churches and non-profits raise the resources needed to construct facilities that serve their communities for generations to come. To date, we have assisted organizations in resourcing over $143,000,000, proving that when vision is matched with strategic guidance, extraordinary results unfold.
