The President’s Council
What is The President’s Council?
Great leaders throughout history shared one trait: they put others before themselves. They led through service, humility, and action. Today, however, many leaders prioritize personal success over the well-being of their people and organizations. True servant leaders often lead quietly, making it harder for others to learn from their example.
To address this, Leadership Development International (LDI) created the President’s Council—a select group of influential leaders committed to advancing servant leadership. The Council serves as a collaborative “think tank” focused on mentoring rising leaders, fostering innovative ideas, and promoting leadership that puts people first.
LDI’s mission is to educate, inspire, and equip servant leaders through conferences, consulting, coaching, and online education. Since 2001, LDI has connected world leaders, CEOs, pastors, scholars, and thinkers from over 129 nations to champion servant leadership worldwide.
The President’s Council meets annually and quarterly via Zoom to:
Promote servant leadership practices globally
Build a network of servant leadership practitioners and educators
Encourage collaboration and new leadership ideas
Provide coaching and consulting to organizations
Inspire leadership growth through conferences and engagement
