MasterMind Ministry is a seven-month training and mentoring program designed for women serving in full-time ministry.

The journey begins and ends with a getaway retreat at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where participants will enrich their leadership through relevant extension learning experiences in a small-group setting. You will connect with other Christian leaders from across the country, building meaningful relationships during mentoring break-out sessions. These connections are invaluable, as ministry leadership can often feel isolating.

After returning home, the Cohort Learning Experience continues through monthly 90-minute Family Zoom Meetings. Each session features:

• Focused leadership teaching

• Breakout sessions

• Mentoring opportunities

The Breakout Sessions will be led by your Coach and will provide opportunities to discuss any ministry or personal challenges you face.
