Pastor Troy Gramling

Troy Gramling has led Potential Church in South Florida for more than two decades, growing it into a church that, at its peak, gathered more than 20,000 people, with reach across the United States and Latin America. Under his leadership, Potential Christian Academy has grown from an elementary school through 5th grade into a two-campus school that will graduate its first senior class in 2028, and Centurion International University, a full university offering associate, bachelor's, and master's degrees, celebrates its first graduates this December. A former college basketball player and coach, Troy brings a competitor's view of leadership: build a team, keep your core, and have the courage to move. He is the author of Potential: The Uncontainable Power of God (2024). Troy and his wife, Stephanie, live in South Florida, where their family, including six grandkids, serves together at Potential Church.
