Kimberly Tibbs

Kimberly Tibbs is a highly accomplished retired educator with more than 20 years of experience shaping young minds and inspiring excellence in the classroom. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education and has dedicated her life to teaching, mentoring, and empowering others to reach their fullest potential.

As co-founder of Kingdom Dominion Church, 18 years, and the founder and executive director of Glowing Girls, a nonprofit organization she established 12 years ago, Kimberly leads a mission to teach, celebrate, and encourage girls—both in and out of the foster care system—to discover their value and shine their inner light.

In addition to her work in education and nonprofit leadership, Kimberly is a licensed minister with 15 years of ministry experience. She passionately leads Bible studies for women across the United States and Canada, creating spaces where women can grow spiritually, build authentic sisterhood, and walk confidently in their purpose.

Kimberly has been happily married for over 40 years and finds great joy in her family, especially her three beautiful granddaughters who inspire her daily. A lifelong encourager and leader, Kimberly continues to impact lives through her teaching, ministry, and unwavering belief in the power of purpose, faith, and love.
