Jerry Erickson is a dynamic, multi-industry leader with a proven track record in church leadership, Christian education, nonprofit development, and executive-level business strategy. As Executive Director of Education and Ministry Strategy at LDI, Jerry brings a unique blend of corporate excellence and pastoral insight to equip churches and Christian schools for growth and long-term impact.

For more than two decades, Jerry has served as Head of School at Evangel Christian Academy in Shreveport, Louisiana—overseeing a thriving K–12 academy, infant learning center, and the founding of a nationally recognized autism education center. Under his leadership, the school has achieved SACS accreditation, championship-level academic and athletic programs, and multimillion-dollar facility growth.

Jerry also serves as Associate Pastor at Shreveport Community Church, where he has helped shape ministry strategy, train volunteers, and steward a $4 million church budget. His background includes executive roles in the pharmaceutical industry and a Master of Business Administration, giving him a keen eye for operational excellence, team leadership, and sustainable ministry models.
