John Whitehead

John Whitehead is a seasoned church leadership expert with decades of hands-on experience in guiding churches. As Executive Director for Church Services at LDI, he helps churches strategically navigate staff structures, governance with boards, and funding development.

John brings multi-campus leadership experience from one of America’s largest churches, where he has mentored campus pastors and helped shape effective, culture-driven ministries. Since 2006, John has served as an interim pastor at several churches throughout Palm Beach County, Florida. He has also authored two books: Where is God in His Church? (2011) and Servant Leadership (2019), both of which highlight his heart for servant leadership and spiritual growth.

With a steady, insightful presence and a commitment to equipping church leaders, John continues to be a trusted voice in church development and organizational health.
